Wedding Wednesdays!

I am making it my goal to post at least once a week on Wednesdays. Why Wednesdays? Because it makes for great alliteration!

On my mind today—hair and makeup.
I've started gathering pictures of updos that I like, and have just started calling salons and individual hair/makeup artists. Having the right person to do hair and makeup is essential, because I don't want to look like this:

This also reminds me of the time I had those Asian glamour shots done while I was studying abroad in Beijing... People who saw my pictures later would say, "Oh, your pictures are so pretty; you don't look at all like yourself!" haha... thanks? That's definitely not the kind of compliment I want on my wedding day!
