geoduck.

oh, my goodness. I'm watching this Food Network show where the host is digging for geoduck (pronounced "gooey duck"), this gigantic species of clam that I've had many times as a sauteed delicacy in Chinese restaurants (called "jerng but pong" in Cantonese). This is the first time I've actually SEEN them before they're prepared, though, and they must be the most phallic food/animal ever. Here's a picture:

Note that the geoduck also squirts water out of it's... trunk.
