I've been Yelped!

I was randomly perusing Yelp and happened across the link for Nordstrom Arden Fair, where I used to work. Out of curiosity to see what raves and reviews my old stomping grounds boasts, I clicked on the link and, like settling in with a favorite book, started reading the familiar stories... oh, yes, we give stellar customer service. oh, look, someone lost her boots and they actually REPLACED them for her! and yes, we do have good food at the cafe... and then all of a sudden, I saw something about "Cecilia in Women's Activewear" from Patrick Y.! That's me!!!

I am completely shocked, pleasantly surprised, and amused that I have been yelped! :)

Rascal Gone Flatt

Yikes. I just watched the CSI episode with Rascal Flatts... and as much as I love Rascal, it was painful to watch their horrendous acting. WHY, Rascal?? I used to think you guys were so cool...

... Okay, I still think they're the cat's meow. just... maybe no more acting.

JEANETTE????? booo!!!!!! :( I should have voted for her that night (but I thought she was safe)!!! I'm not so sad about Jason. While I must agree he was a good dancer and performed a couple of pieces I really liked, like the childhood friends one with Jeanine ("I love childhood friends!") and the zombie one, I just never warmed up to him as a person.

But Jeannette?? It was that breast cancer dance! Saved Melissa for sure! I mean, how do you go up against breast cancer?!?! >:{

I was looking at job listings on craigslist this morning and my heart leapt when I saw a posting for a Personal Baker! ... but alas, when I looked more closely, it was for a Personal BANKER. boo!

I was excited to find out that gmail has new themes. Right now, I have this one. Cute, huh? A little TOO cute, probably, but I thought I'd give it a whirl.
